Watercolours from Périgord…
Born in the Périgord Vert region of France, retired at the age of 72 and moving back to the Dordogne in 2018, I have practised technical drawing for buildings, and this passion for drawing has led me to draw and paint for the last fifteen years. Self-taught, I’ve been learning watercolour since 2013, in lessons, in the studio, outdoors, and also at home. Passionate about this medium, I like to capture the light in my photos, a drawing on the ground, or an imaginary landscape. I’m very attached to our beautiful region. I love nature, landscapes, rivers, water, trees and flowers. I love to share this passion.
