Gourmet February at Château de Bourdeilles

Sunday 8 February: The spice route, 2pm to 4.30pm.
Sunday 15 February: Gastronomy in the Middle Ages from 2.30pm to 4.30pm.
Sunday 22 February: dramatised visit to the fête des fous at 2.30pm. Carnival is a time when people go out in fancy dress to dance, sing, party and have fun.
Every day: “The Lost Recipe” children’s games: a fun and educational treasure hunt, with elements of the recipe to be found during the tour of the châteaux, with details of the ingredients’ former origins and their arrival in Europe.
“In 45 minutes, find out who was killed, when, by whom and why. Murder party by prior arrangement, places limited, aged 13 and over.
