Walk of storytellers

The Storytellers’ Walk passes through Léguillac-de-Cercles
and stops at the Asso Lézidéfuz café.
La Marche des Conteurs is a utopian project which, every year since 2007, has brought together more than twenty professional storytellers from across the French-speaking world for a week of performances and camaraderie, in a different location each year. They walk together for a week, stepping off the beaten track of our consumer-driven society to tell stories every evening. Each evening is ephemeral, created in the moment with heart by a small collective of artists that changes every night: together, they put together four to five storytelling evenings each night, each in a different village, making a total of 21 unique performances over six days.
