Description

La Chapelle-Montmoreau is set in a landscape dominated by forest, on a point overlooking the Boulou valley, a major biological reservoir;
It boasts a number of heritage buildings, including a 12th-century Romanesque church with a 17th-century altarpiece and a Gothic statue of the Virgin and Child. The commune also boasts a former priory, now known as the Lamberterie manor house.

Leave the wash house heading towards the village or continue towards Saint Pancrace, 50m further on take the track on the left then immediately another wider track on the right then follow the road on the right as far as the cemetery. here, take a track on the left and at a shed turn left. Go down through the woods to the stream, cross it and turn left 50m further on. After a right-hand bend, you will come to a meadow and join the road. Follow it to the right and, at the bend, take the track on the left; continue straight on until you reach the road and the hamlet of ela Filoine.
