Moulin de La Veyssière

neuvic

Description

The Moulin de la Veyssière is the last working oil mill in the Vern Valley in Neuvic.
Jacques Elias bought the mill in 1857, and for nearly 170 years, the history, passion and know-how have been passed down from generation to generation.
We make traditional oils, flours and sweet and savoury products based on walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds and peanuts.
Between history and gastronomy, our artisanal production is associated with responsible and sustainable production, in a perpetual quest for innovation and excellence.
As true enthusiasts of our French terroirs, we pay particular attention to the selection of our raw materials.
Exclusively from local production, our production is 100% French.
Come and experience a complete immersion thanks to our various tourist areas and a gourmet shop.
