Argentina Plateau discovery trail
Description
The Argentine limestone plateau, a Natura 2000 site, is part of the network of natural sites in the Périgord-Limousin Regional Nature Park. It is home to a wealth of treasures, including an exceptional variety of flora and fauna (European nightjar, red-backed shrike, ocellated lizard, wild orchids, etc.), quarries and a hilltop village. Guided by the Alouette, take your time to discover these treasures along a trail lined with information panels. Departure point: plateau d’Argentine car park (follow the Alouette). Distance: 6 km.
