Accessible Tourism
Do you have a disability and want to discover the Périgord between Dronne and Belle? Here are some resources to help you organise your stay with us.
Tourism and Disability
Created in 2001, the Tourisme et Handicap state label aims to provide reliable information on the accessibility of tourist establishments for people with disabilities, taking into account the 4 types of disability: hearing, mental, motor and visual. This label guarantees genuine accessibility, enabling disabled people and their families to plan their holidays and leisure activities with complete confidence.
We invite you to consult the Tourisme et Handicap brochure to find out which establishments in the département have been awarded the label.
What about the PÉRIGORD Dronne Belle Tourist Office?
The tourist information office in Brantôme en Périgord has been awarded the Tourisme et Handicap mark for all 4 types of disability and is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The Tourist Office staff have been trained and made aware of the needs of people with disabilities, and guarantee an appropriate welcome to all visitors.
We invite you to discover the AccesLibre pages, the collaborative accessibility platform, listing the facilities and services we offer at our 3 reception offices in Brantôme en Périgord, Bourdeilles and Mareuil en Périgord.
Take a look at our list of accessible tourist facilities in the area (link to the download page for the Guide to accessible tourist facilities currently being finalised): you’ll find a selection of tourist activities, accommodation and restaurants for inclusive tourism.
Don’t hesitate to contact us, we’ll be happy to give you personalised advice.
